Well done to yourself and Mark, Tony.Great job - really enjoyed your 'who have I shaken hands with gallery' - you know as many folk as Eric Guy!
Michael Philips, NPA Chairman. Posted on 04 December 2004
Tony, Tom and I spent ages looking at your gallery and all the famous people you've met. I was really impressed - can't quite believe you've had your picture taken with so many celebrities and IFBB pros. Nicely done. I also flicked through your competition history from 1997 - I noticed you put a good one of me breathing out from 1999 ... go on - that's given you the lead in ...Anyhow it's well done - I haven't checked out all the bits yet but it looks great.
Dean Garratt, British & World Champion. Posted on 04 Dec 2004
Tony thats 1 excellent site a joy to browse & no doubt i'll be back on soon.At the 02 Yorks i was unsure of who you were but i had heard bits about you, this was due to not really being in touch with the scene, other than doing my own thing. Now I've seen the full rundown you are an awsome & extra ordinary athlete who can stand head & shoulders above most other natruls (and roided BB's) and are a absolute credit to the sport.I'd like to compete with you again sometime but looks like your waitn till its masters time not sure what I'll be doin then but i'll never say never.I doth my cap to you king of the lightweights.

Oi Tony! Me - webmaster? Credit where credit’s due, YOU’VE done all the hard work mate, so get your own name on there and be proud of it! After all, I only did a bit of colouring-in on the logo (and I managed to crayon inside the lines - yay!) The sites looking really good mate. You've done a cracking job. Take care,

Just bought Flex...got to say he's received fantastic coverage there,Top marks...even though I've read most of it before, you have opened another door for us there...Tony is a tremendous role model for all bodybuilders and a credit to the sport. After finally winning the ANB Britain in 2003 he has played a big part the formation of the Natural Physique Association, which came into being in April 2004 and is replacing the ANB as the only Lifetime Natural BB Association in the UK.

It was a tough class but Tonys devlopment, size, condition and presentation of his physique won the day. Tony is a great coach, gave me alot of time and attention, wouldn't of been there without his guidance, been there at all my shows helped me tan up and pump up, motivated me when i needed it, top man: Alex Gallager

Just want to say how pleased I was for Monty to win his class. Many years of trying and a victory that was well-deserved. Tony had the ultimate balance the a champion should have. Condition, symmetry, balance, and POSING. Ony you posed like the true champion you are. Well done Im very proud of you.An emotional day for many and especially for Tony, your victory moved me, it was fantastic to watch someones' dreams come true. You deserved your win and can only imagine how it must feel for you, what a sense of achievement. well done! Jason Rickaby, UK Muscle.

Tony...you looked the bomb! Very impressive, great quality physique!
Nov 2003, Mark Oaks ANB British middleweight Champion

Damn your arms look bigger than mine, right that’s it were not talking anymore.I could’ve gone on mate but just said it as I saw it and credit is deserved when credit is due, Ask Fivos whom I sat next to at the prejudging, he said he’d never seen you look like that. You really did look chunky but also very cut and I was sad you didn’t do the overall, Also did you notice that you did legs in the last week and they looked very cut. !!!! well I did. One bonus from the show, I had a potential client turn up and watch. I asked him not to make any decision until he’d seen my latest guy in the lightweight. Trust me if you have to ask I haven’t done my job, Guess what …. he’s booked in , so I’m to thank you for the advertisment on stage. properly.
South East championships 10th sept 2003 Lee Williams EFBB British Champion 2004.

Totally agree with you Rick G... Tony is a diamond character, I only met him twice but he has always been friendly and approachable.... He has my full respect for his dedication in the number of shows he has completed.. Anyway, it will only be a matter of time, when he hits
Rick waters: ANB & BNBF Masters Champion.
Its nothing more than you deserve, I know promising you the british title would have been oversteppin the Mark, hence its why I said I can only get you in your best condition, but obviously when you're at your best you can beat anyone. This should stop anyone saying otherwise about your physique, no one can take this moment away from you. You are the british champion well done , its gone to a very deserving character, congratulations.
Lee Williams A.N.B & E.F.B.B British Champion 2004 27/10/03
Tonys the reason im in the sport, he's been very selfless with his advice and time spent working with me, Thanks mate much appreciated!!
Alex Gallagher 2nd A.N.B British championships 2003.
Mate read all the stuff on your website. Like I said before big respect for not giving up on your goals.Take care lil bruv, and best wishes to the family. Fivos Averkiou ANB & NPA British champion.
I would like to thank Tony for his help with my posing. He was only limited to 3 hours as he was extremeley expensive. Only kidding. What i learnt from Tony was the amount of effort and focus needed to develop posing skills which was something i put a distant 3rd to that of training and diet. The help i got from Tony is somthing i am hoping to replicate for my WNBF 2006 campaign
Brandon Greenwood (WNBF Pro) . INBF World overall and BNBF British Champion 2005.

I keep telling outsiders as natural bodybuilders we are one of, if not (in relation to our numbers) the strongest nation in the world. Used to pretend to dislike Tony to fuel my training but can't anymore , He's too nice and genuine and great for our sport, keep up the enthusiasm it's magical and inspiring.I'm going to keep pushing even harder for october . Tony M's improvements have been amazing this year and I know he probably just mis timed some things for the day.I've also got to know him a little this year as a person. He has the same warrior attitude as myself and for that reason I know he'll be at his best in october, looking awesome. It's going to be another battle.Sean you were brilliant get heavier and never darken our lightweight door again. Jason barnett, Bnbf lightweight champion 2004

THE COMPETITORS WERE FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY THE GUYS IN MY CLASS.I MUST SAY THAT TONY M IS A TOP GEEZER HE GETS A BIT OF FLACK FROM SOME PEOPLE THROUGH SPEAKING OUT AND BEING BRAVE ENOUGH TO AIR HIS OPINIONS BUT I FOUND HIM VERY DOWN TO EARTH AND FRIENDLY... RESPECT TO THE GUY FOR DOING SO MANY SHOWS AS WELL.
Rick Gannon. Bnbf British finalist 2003

Well done too to Tony, looked very good, and a 'super' routine, 'man'.. M.Philips

Tony looked great and performed an entertaining routine with a superman cape and trunks. Jon Harris

Tony has superior prensentation skills and symmetry and proportions.Robert has a more muscluar physique and better conditioned. For me as long as Tony is in wicked condition then i would place him first. For me Robert is a one round bodybuilder period. The novelty has worn off. Fivos Avikiou

I was real glad to see you get that placing ... a nice reward for your class physique. Keep at it mate, was great to see the routine too ... maybe I can loan yr cape for the next crappy comp!!!!???? LOL Cain Leathem

NPA MIKE WILLIAMS CLASSIC & PRO-AM.

Hi there Tony, not really one for writing on the forums alot. Just wanted to congratulate you on your win at the weekend. You live the life and its nice to see you rewarded for your dedication. Well done again,
Liam Armstrong.

Whether you agree with the decision or not Tony is a great bloke and a class act.Well done,Mr. Monty, Congrats on your fantastic wins at the MWC.Your lightweight class routine was one of the best I have ever seen-when Mike's music came on I felt a bit choked and had a tear in my eye as you posed so well and really did justice to Mike's memory-I think he would have been very proud of you.The Pro-Am was very close and I ain't going to bullshit you but I thought Rob had just pipped you-maybe that's why I am not a judge lol ! .That said I am thrilled for you taking such a prestigious title-The First Mike Williams Classic Overall and Pro-Am winner.Well done,mate-you are truly a class act and a credit to natural bodybuilding.See you at the British? All the best, Jon Bibb.

Hi Tony, Just saw the results mate. Not a bad day’s work, you must be over the moon. It’s nice to see the lightweights kick some arse. Will you be doing the NPA finals, it would be a great pleasure to share the stage with you. See you soon mate
