  1. Train as heavy as you can. To grow, you must constantly strive to outdo your previous workout weight.
  1. Once you have warmed up on your first exercise, there is no need to repeat the warm up on the next exercise for the same body part. Just go for it!
  1. Make sure you use a weight (as heavy as you can manage) with good form or the exercise will be ineffective. However, going too light will not give you results.
  1. Perform every set to maximum failure. Between 4-8 reps. Always dig deep! Always commit and focus!
  1. Do no more than 6-8 sets for a large body part and 4-6 for a smaller body part.
  1. Train each body part once a week. They need rest to grow.
  1. Nutrition is just as important as training. Remember, when you are training you are breaking muscles down. They need to be fed to grow.
  1. Take advantage of some of the outstanding supplements out there to speed up your gains.
  1. Consistency in your training and eating regime is very important because "If you want it, you've gotta earn it!"
10. Commit and focus on what you want and achieve it. Nothing is impossible if you have a strong mind you will have a strong body - not only in training but in all areas of your life.
