Promax -2/3 servings,
Ester C- 3g,
Protrient- (multivit + mineral) 2 a day,
Ache free (glucosomine)- 3 a day,
Guggal complex (tyhroid regulator)- 3 a day,
B-complex- 1 a day,
Chromium-1 a day,
Maxi EFA- 2, 3 times a day,
Immune support (Beta Carotene,Vitamin E,,selenium,zinc,etc) after training,
Creatamax--5g before & after training,
Maxi Gakic- 8 before worout,
Herbal teas-1- 3, depending on season,
ZMA-before bed,
Thermobol (if dieting)- 3 a day,
CLA- 2 caps, 3 times a day
Hmb, 3 a day
Cyclone after training
Viper bar- before training (off season)
Fattack with cheat meals.

Training Day -

Meal 1 -
3-4 Pieces of fruit, allowing 30 min's to elapse to digest. Then
45g promax with 1 spoon of flax seed with Creatamax (Creatine monohydrate)
1 protrient, 500mg Ester-C, Ache free( Glucosmaine), 2 efa's & 1 guggal.

I Train 1 hr-2hrs later.
10g Glutamax, before workout &. 30 mins later.
5g of creatamax before & after work out.

20 mins before I workout, 2 thermobol or a Maximuscle viper bar (intensity & mental booster) Last 20 mins of the w.o I take 10g of Glutamine (anti catabolic,recovery booster)

Meal 2 - Post workout,
Cyclone, immune booster,chromium & ache free.

Meal 3 -(1hr later)
Rice,steak & flax,Ester-C, Ache free( Glucosmaine), B vits, cla.

Meal 4 -(3hrs later)
Chicken orTurkey or fish
Rice or sweet potatoe,veg
Ester-C, ache free, hmb,b vits, efa's.

Meal 5-
Same as meaL 4 but less carbs & more veg.
Calcium, Vit D, Ester C, cla

Meal 6 -
45g promax with 1 spoon of flax seed.
Ester-C, Ache free( Glucosmaine),Protrient, efas

ZMA formula before bed.
